Research and development laboratory

The new formulas are the result of the work of a team of qualified technologists who ensure the quality and safety of the products. We work with more than 1500 cosmetic raw materials from our base and are constantly acquiring new ones to ensure that our products are both of the highest quality and innovative. We have unique fragrance compositions, tailored to the requirements of the most demanding customers. Modern machinery

The various stages of production take place in our own production halls. Due to this we can supervise every stage of product development. We have a fully-automated soap production hall, a liquid product hall equipped with high-quality mixers with a capacity of 2 tonnes, where we prepare masses, and a white cosmetics hall equipped with homogenising mixers of various capacities, a monobloc for bottling emulsions, an automatic tube maker, a labelling machine, a cellophane wrapping machine and a carton machine. We store the products in our own high-bay warehouse, thus guaranteeing support at absolutely every stage of product development and order fulfilment.

We place great importance on the high standards of production, safety and quality of the products we manufacture, which are our priority. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, which forms the basis for the development, implementation and certification of our Quality Management System. We work according to a set of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, ensuring the high quality and purity of the materials used in the production of a given product and full control over the origin, quality of the raw materials and the entire production process. In turn, the HACCP system, which we implement and adhere to, helps us with the analysis of the entire production process and the capture of any potential risks.
